Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by BeakPix, Managerial & Educational Consulting.  By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Executive Coaching for Multilingual Environments

  • Coaching executives working in international or multilingual contexts

  • Enhancing the ability to lead diverse teams across cultures and languages

  • Tailored strategies for multilingual communication and leadership

• Cultural Intelligence & Leadership

  • Training in cultural awareness for global management

  • Developing cross-cultural leadership and management strategies

  • Language coaching for culturally-sensitive negotiations and collaborations

• Workshops on Communication Across Cultures

  • Workshops on overcoming language barriers in multinational teams

  • Exercises in active listening and feedback in multilingual environments

  • Improving communication for global business success

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your personal background and goals.

• Participate actively in the services you have selected.

• Communicate any changes to your availability promptly.

3. Payment Terms

• Service Fees: Fees for our services are outlined on our website or will be provided in writing prior to service commencement. Payment must be made in full before services are provided, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].

• Payment Arrangements: In order to provide the outmost service to our clients BeakPix also offers subscription payments as installments. Please send us an email at hello@beakpix.com and we would be more than happy to make payment arrangements.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with us will remain confidential, except as required by law or when necessary to provide the requested services. We will not share or disclose your information to third parties without your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

BeakPix is committed to providing high-quality Managerial and Educational consulting services. We will provide guidance and support to the best of our ability, but ultimate success is dependent on the efforts of the client and various external factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than the required notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee.

• Firm Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an alternative time or a refund/credit an additional session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided during consultations, tutoring, or workshops is the intellectual property of BeakPix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without prior written consent.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeakPix from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including any violations of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Üsküdar-ISTANBUL/TURKIYE.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of District of Üsküdar in the City of Istanbul, Country of Türkiye.
