At BeakPix, we are committed to providing quality educational consulting services to assist individuals reach their personal goals. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees paid for services are non-refundable once services have commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility for Pre-Paid Packages

For clients who have pre-paid for a package of sessions refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Cancellation Before Services Commence: If services have not yet been initiated, you are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.

• Cancellation After Services Have Commenced: If services have started, refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of sessions or hours already used. A processing fee may apply.

• Request for Refund: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@beakpix.com specifying the reason for the refund and the details of the services purchased.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

• Application processing fees

• Fees for materials or resources provided

• Fees for any services provided that have been delivered (e.g., one-time consultations, workshops, etc.)

4. Special Circumstances for Refund Requests

In exceptional circumstances, such as illness, family emergencies, or other significant life events, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval of the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on our website.
